Everyone these days are talking about Big data,
Well this is one of the most talked, trended topic on social media. Business rely on big data for effective results, Big data is just an evolution in Analytics.

For Beginners, Big data is the term for a collection of data sets so large and complex that it becomes difficult to process using on-hand database management tools or traditional data processing applications.

This stream is seeing a host of activity with most major businesses looking to enhance their overall business strategies and leverage from the data which until recently was ignored or forgotten. From Retail Companies to Hotels all these businesses are looking to enhance customer experience and ensure effective sales and focus on increased revenues.

Compensation department is very generous to data scientists, but the developer population which works with the scientist to create cutting edge Big data software are paid slightly lower. There is no particular pattern of pay for the scientists. They start with an Avg Pay of about 8-10 lacs and can even earn a crore with 10-15 years of experience.
